Awake by Pau

Providing guidance and support to women seeking to reconnect with their bodies, quiet food obsession, and rebuild confidence that doesn’t depend on control or restriction.

Awake by Pau focuses on holistic healing of the relationship with food and body, with a specialisation in Intuitive Eating and Emotional Intelligence, recognising that food freedom is both a psychological and emotional experience. Paula provides guidance and support to women seeking to reconnect with their bodies, quiet food obsession, and rebuild confidence that doesn’t depend on control or restriction.

For clients struggling with their relationship with food, Paula understands that overthinking food and body image runs deeper than diet advice, and provides tailored 1:1 and group support to women ready to stop managing their bodies and start trusting them. From the first session through to lasting identity shifts, each client receives a personalised journey focused on awareness, emotional regulation and sustainable freedom.
