A slow, spacious retreat weaving Equine Assisted Experiential Learning, Natural Mindfulness, and Movement Medicine Dance. Guided by horse intelligence and earth-based presence, you’ll be supported to come home to your body, deepen connection, and listen to what’s true within you.
This is more than a retreat — it’s a practice in belonging: to ourselves, to one another, to the horses, and to the earth. By slowing down to feel the truth in our bodies, we can show up with courage, curiosity, kindness, and care. Guided by horse wisdom and the lineage of Movement Medicine, we explore the 21 Gateways as living commitments: Body, Heart, Mind; Past, Present, Future, Fulfilment; Interconnection, Realisation, Earth; Air, Fire, Water, Self, Others, Community; Ancestors, Divine, Yin, Yang, and the Great Mystery.

Why Horses?
Horses see beyond façades. They reflect our internal states with honesty, allowing us to see ourselves more clearly. Combined with embodiment practices, this connection forms a bridge between our inner world and these magnificent beings — not magic, but profound connection, accessible to all.
Add-On Program (Optional): Understanding Horse Behaviour & Horse-Human Communication, a science-based program exploring equine and human nervous systems through the lens of Polyvagal Theory.
