A personalized Ayurvedic healing sanctuary set in a traditional Balinese garden, offering 7, 14, and 21-night Panchakarma detox programs under the guidance of resident physicians trained in Kerala, India — the heartland of Ayurveda. Each programme is tailored to the individual’s health needs, with new intakes starting every Sunday. Open since 2016.

A Typical Day
6:00 wake (gong) → 6:45 yoga/meditation → 8:00 breakfast → 9:00 physician consultation → morning treatment → 12:00 lunch → afternoon treatment → 16:00 activities → 17:30 restorative yoga → 18:45 dinner.
Guests must remain on-site throughout — no swimming, excursions, sun/wind exposure, or excursions during the programme.
