Her specialist fertility counselling supports people trying to conceive, exploring family-building options, navigating infertility, processing pregnancy or infant loss, deciding whether to end fertility treatment, or approaching pregnancy after infertility or loss.

All consultations take place online, serving clients in Durban, nationwide and internationally.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Online consultations offer space to explore your concerns, understand your options and work towards practical goals suited to your circumstances. Fatima draws on her counselling training and holistic wellness approach to support emotional wellbeing, resilience and informed decision-making.

Session length depends on the service booked. Her women’s general health and wellness counselling session is two hours.

Important prerequisite: The Gut Health Masterclass Podcast must be completed before booking a two-hour general counselling session. It provides foundational knowledge for the work together. The podcast is also available as a standalone offering, with no requirement to book counselling afterwards.
